Vacuum wine/whisky stoppers are used in combination with a pump to preserve open bottles of wine or whisky or any spirit. The pump is used to extract the air and re-seals the bottle with the reusable rubber wine/whisky stoppers. By removing the excess air from the bottle the oxidation process is slowed down for the wine and less evaporation or (Angles share) for the whisky. ~Pump is sold separately.
