NOSE: Cedarwood, custard powder, green apples.

PALATE: Creamy! Nutmeg, apple pie.

FINISH: Fruit syrup, ground ginger, and pineapple.

Selected as one of the best small-batch releases in the London store by the London Tasting Panel over 2 days blind tasting. 

Nice rich nose, some tangy spice maybe with a hint of fresh sawn wood, some baked apples, and peach.

The palate and finish are a reminder of the nose somewhat, possibly a hint of overripe banana and waffles with a hint of maple syrup, tropical fruit notes. A nice little dram this one very very enjoyable indeed.

Don’t expect this to hit everyone’s palate but those of us who love a great mellow yet rich dram in the summer will love this a little too much.
