A rather good Single Malt has arrived from the guys at the Cotswolds distillery.
This single malt is made to the highest standards using a local barley mashed and fermented for 4 days before double distillation takes place on the pair of bespoke copper stills they had made for the distillery.
Aged in Oak casks First fill ex-bourbon & red wine casks, a perfect combination of wood and spirit takes place to deliver a whisky tasting much older than it's vintage.
This batch surprised us so much we doubled our orders.
