SPEYSIDE

BENRIACH-GLENLIVET DISTILLERY 1986 23Y/O 53.3%
Nose: Honey, floral, fruit and pear drops.
Palate: Salty with a dry sweetness and coconut oil. An ideal summer’s dram.

CRAIGELLACHIE-GLENLIVET DISTILLERY 1994 14Y/O 56.5%
Nose: Full bodied, toffee & vanilla.
Palate: Smooth and creamy; mouth coating. Hints of spice; well balanced with a dry lingering finish.

SPEYSIDE DISTILLERY 1994 15Y/O 64.6%
Nose: Oily, nutty and ginger.
Palate: Spicy richness; marzipan. Tongue tingling.

TAMDHU-GLENLIVET DISTILLERY 1991 18Y/O 58.5%
Nose: Floral, pine nuts, and malty sweetness.
Palate: Peppery; round & mouth coating. A malty and rich lingering finish.

ROYAL BRACKLA DISTILLERY 1992 16Y/O 54.7%
Nose: Heather; caramel; rich butter - creamy.
Palate: Wow! lot’s of flavour. Almond’s, cream, cinnamon, coffee, raisins.

BLADNOCH DISTILLERY 1992 17Y/O 55.1%
Nose: Buttery, floral and full bodied.
Palate: Creamy, very sweet and mouth coating. A very elegant dram.

GLENKINCHIE DISTILLERY 1987 21Y/O 51.6%
Nose: Floral; fruity; vanilla; sweet confectionary.
Palate: Malty sweetness, floral and fruity with hints of aniseed and vanilla notes.

ARDBEG DISTILLERY 1994 15Y/O 58.1% (Cask No. 1056)
Nose: Oh yes it’s ARDBEG! Smoked cheese/kippers and sweet burning embers.
Palate: Dry burning embers, ash, smoky - sweet, seaweed and peat. Let’s just say Ardbeg......

ARDBEG DISTILLERY 1994 15Y/O 57.3% (Cask No. 1057)
Nose: Perfumed with hints of smoke and medicinal notes; fruity.
Palate: Dry burning embers; very sweet; pencil shavings and sawdust.

HIGHLAND PARK DISTILLERY 1992 17Y/O 64%
Nose: Popcorn kernels, creamy and fizzy.
Palate: Popcorn; spice; dry embers and hints of smoke in the finish.

Nose: Malty with some sherry characteristics; orange chocolate.
Palate: A lingering sweetness; smooth and malty.

GLEN ELGIN-GLENLIVET DISTILLERY 1978 30Y/O 49.1%
Nose: Sweet and malty. Very fruity with rich chocolate notes and subtle treacle notes.
Palate: Sweet vanilla toffee with hints of pepper and spice. Well matured.

CLOSED DISTILLERIES

BANFF DISTILLERY 1976 32Y/O 47.1%
Nose: Caramelised toffee with hints of menthol and slight medicinal notes. Rich dark chocolate.
Palate: More medicinal notes as the nose suggests. Slight burning embers; highland toffee. Very smooth and well matured.

ROSEBANK DISTILLERY 1989 20Y/O 52.1%
Nose: Perfumed, floral and fruity. Hints of liquorice; gooseberries; vanilla; toffeecrisp.
Palate: Very smooth, round and well balanced. Hints of treacle and an elegant sweetness.
